Work Window

All turnovers must be completed between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, including weekends. This window aligns with guest check-out (11am) and check-in (4pm) times.

Quality Assurance

Photo uploads are mandatory for every turnover. Management conducts weekly spot-checks and monitors guest reviews for cleanliness feedback. Quarterly performance reviews ensure standards are maintained.

Compliance

All contractors receive fire safety briefing (exits, alarm panels) and GDPR training (guest data confidentiality) before starting. Annual compliance checks ensure ongoing adherence.

Requirements

What You'll Need

We're looking for reliable, detail-oriented contractors who take pride in their work. Here's what you need to get started.

Cleaning Experience

Minimum 6 months experience in short-term rental, hotel, or domestic cleaning. Airbnb and hotel experience preferred.

Basic DBS Check

A valid Basic DBS check is required for unsupervised property access. We can guide you through obtaining one if needed.

Public Liability Insurance

Minimum £1,000,000 cover required. This protects both you and the property. We can recommend providers.

Self-Employed Status

You must be registered as self-employed with the right to work in the UK. IR35 compliant contract provided.

Availability

Must be available between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM, including weekends. Weekend availability is essential.
